Wild Haven Retreat with Private Hot Tub

This former show home sits in the heart of Chappelle, a modern, family-friendly community in southwest Edmonton. With a private hot tub, firepit and BBQ out back, a king suite and a serious home-cinema setup inside, it is built for family getaways, weekends with friends and local staycations, and its work desks and in-suite laundry suit longer stays too.

Sleep in Comfort

The primary bedroom has a king bed on a solid wood frame with storage drawers, a walk-in closet, a work desk, a 43" Sony Smart TV and an ensuite with his-and-hers sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, walk-in closet and work desk, and Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top, a large dresser and blackout blinds. Fresh linens and cozy blankets are on every bed, and a pack-and-play with mattress, a high chair and kids' dishes are provided for little ones. Two full three-piece bathrooms plus a main-floor powder room serve up to nine guests.

Gather & Unwind

The open-plan kitchen has granite counters, ceiling-height cabinetry, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, with cookware, dishes, mugs and glassware and a six-seat wooden dining table. In the living room, a 65" Sony Bravia Smart TV with streaming included and a Bose Soundbar 900 and Bass Module 700 deliver a proper movie night, with an electric fireplace for atmosphere. Air conditioning keeps summer stays comfortable. Outside, sip morning coffee on the front veranda, grill on the Napoleon BBQ, eat on the back deck under string lights, and finish the evening in the 7-person hot tub or beside the firepit.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Chappelle's parks, walking trails and the residents' clubhouse are close by, and Donald R. Getty K-9 School is a short walk. Superstore, Walmart, Co-op, RBC and TD banks, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, pizza shops and medical and dental clinics are minutes away. Anthony Henday Drive puts the whole city within reach, Edmonton International Airport is 15 to 20 minutes by car, and Edmonton Transit buses run from 5:30 AM to 3 AM to Century Park station for LRT connections downtown.

Smart keypad self check-in means no waiting for keys. The in-suite washer and dryer come with detergent and dryer sheets, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi with two work desks makes remote work easy. The detached 2-car garage has 9-foot ceilings, with a parking pad and street parking beyond. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the home, including the hot tub area.
