Relax in the private hot tub after a day of adventure and take in the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Inside, the bright open-concept living area features a cozy gas fireplace, elegant furnishings, and two HD TVs, making it an inviting space for families and groups to gather. The state-of-the-art kitchen and large dining table with seating for eight are perfect for preparing and enjoying memorable meals together. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, patio access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a rainfall shower and soaker tub. The second and third bedrooms each offer queen beds and their own private ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. Additional sleeping space is available with the pull-out sofa in the living area. Guests have exclusive access to the main level of the home, along with convenient in-suite washer and dryer facilities and driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Please note that long-term tenants reside in a completely separate lower-level suite. The property has been thoughtfully divided to ensure privacy for both guests and tenants. Tenants do not have access to guest amenities, including the garage or hot tub, though they do use the street parking directly in front of the property.
