Three bedrooms sleep six, and two and a half bathrooms mean nobody is waiting on the shower in the morning. Linens, hangers and a hair dryer are ready for you. There is a bathtub for a long soak after a day out.

Gather & Unwind

The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and a rice maker, with coffee on hand for the first pot. The dining table is ready for a proper meal together. When the weather cooperates, take your coffee out to the patio. Three separate bedrooms and two and a half baths make it easy for a family or two couples to share without stepping on each other. The living room has a TV and room for everyone to sit together after a day out in the city.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

You are close to parks, local cafés and quick connections to downtown, with transit just minutes away. Shaganappi Point Golf Course is nearby for a round, 17th Avenue SW's restaurants and bars are a short drive, and Stampede Park and the Saddledome are an easy trip by train or car.

Pets are welcome with approval for $52.50 per pet, per stay. Short or long stays both work here. Early check-in from 1 PM and late check-out until 2 PM can be requested for a fee, subject to availability. The primary guest must be 25 or older, and quiet hours start at 10 PM out of respect for the neighbours.
