Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed with fresh sheets changed after every guest, comfortably sleeping eight. The primary bedroom adds a smart TV for quiet evenings in. Two bathrooms are split one per level: a tub and shower combo upstairs and a steam shower in the basement for a spa-style wind-down.

The star of the show is the 16 x 8 ft swim spa in the fully fenced yard, a heated pool and hot tub in one that seats eight and is open year-round during set hours. Dry off on the patio and enjoy dinner outdoors, then head inside to one of two living rooms, each with a smart TV and Netflix (60" on the main floor, 68" in the basement). A gas fireplace in the basement and a decorative fireplace on the main floor add warmth, and air conditioning keeps summer stays comfortable. Exercise equipment is on hand if you want to keep up your routine.

Downtown Edmonton is about a 10-minute drive along Wayne Gretzky Drive, and the Coliseum Transit Centre nearby connects you to bus and LRT routes across the city. Cyclists can follow the river valley paths right from the neighbourhood, and grocery stores, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The Muttart Conservatory, Edmonton Valley Zoo, Royal Alberta Museum and Art Gallery of Alberta are all a short drive away.
