Tinhorn #20 sleeps nine across four bedrooms. The main-floor king master suite has its own ensuite — the private retreat for whoever needs it most. A double bedroom on the main floor is solid for couples or two kids. Upstairs, a second king bedroom handles another adult pair, while the kids room with two singles and a trundle bed squeezes three younger guests into one comfortable space. The den upstairs — fitted with a futon sofa — rounds out the sleeping options for the 9th guest or provides a landing zone for light sleepers who want their own quiet corner.

The main floor is anchored by a quartz island kitchen with the built-in wine fridge that earns this property its name — Tinhorn Creek is one of Osoyoos's landmark wineries, and the wine fridge makes it easy to do that homage justice. The glassed-in sunroom off the main living area is the spot for slow mornings: warm light, lake-adjacent air, and no reason to rush. When the group splits, the upper living area gives the second wave of guests their own space. With two living rooms and a sunroom, 9 guests have more square footage per person than the headcount suggests.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Tinhorn is a meadow home — flat terrain, easy access to pools, the beach, and community amenities without a hill to climb. The marina boat slip available for rent opens up a dimension most vacation rentals don't: store your boat on-site and leave from the water each morning. The private sandy beach is 500+ feet long. When the day calls for something different, the Black Sage Bench wine trail runs through vineyards that inspired this cottage's name. Area 27 and Mount Baldy are both accessible for groups that want a change of pace.

Garage and 3–4 parking spots handle a full group's vehicles. The built-in wine fridge is the kind of detail that reads as deliberate — this is a cottage for people who take their Okanagan wine list seriously.
