**Where you are** TimberStone is on the hill, not near it. From the top of the Owl T-Bar you leave by your own private entrance, click in, and ski — and you ski back to the same door. In summer the winter runs become the resort's hiking and mountain-biking network, the Kimberley Nordic Centre is minutes away for groomed cross-country track, and downtown Kimberley and the Platzl are a three-minute drive back down.

**Inside** This is the biggest sleeper of the TimberStone layouts: three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and an open main floor. The kitchen has granite counters and an island, a full-size oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter, a Keurig and a crockpot. Crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, pots, pans and cooking basics are stocked, and there is a dining table big enough to actually seat the group. A gas fireplace anchors the living room, there is a smart TV with cable and a shelf of board games for the evening the weather turns, and air conditioning and ceiling fans handle the hot end of summer.

**Sleeping** Bedroom one has a king. Bedroom two has a king plus a twin-over-double bunk. Bedroom three has a king plus a twin-over-twin bunk. A futon in the living room takes the total to twelve. Three full bathrooms mean twelve people can get out the door in the morning without a queue. Every bedroom has a lock, and linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.

**Outside** The private hot tub sits on your balcony looking across to the mountains. Below it there is a garden with a fire pit, a barbecue with utensils, outdoor seating and outdoor lighting, so the evening does not have to end when the sun does. Parking is free, both on the premises and on the street.

**Families and work** A bathtub, a high chair, stair gates and a shelf of children's books and toys make this workable with small children. For anyone who has to work, there is a desk and desk chair and 100+ Mbps Wi-Fi. Check-in is contactless and available 24 hours.

**Good to know** No smoking, no pets, no parties, quiet hours from 10pm, ski boots off at the door. Cleaning and a separate hot tub fee are added at booking; minimum stay is two nights.
