Timber Valley | Centrally Located | Hot Tub & BBQ!

Timber Valley is a centrally located four-bedroom home in Drumheller built for larger groups, sleeping up to 14 across two levels with easy access to the town's main attractions. Guests have the entire home and property to themselves.

Two bedrooms have king beds and a third has a queen bed with a desk, while queen sleeper sofas in both the upstairs and lower living rooms add further sleeping space. Each living room has a 55-inch flatscreen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, along with sofas, a swinging chair, coffee tables and extra blankets. There are two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, hot water and a full set of toiletries.

The full-sized kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and silverware and a coffee station with both a drip machine and a French press, plus a dining table. A free in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers and laundry detergent are provided, and the home is set up for families with a high chair, a travel crib, children's dinnerware, books and toys, and room-darkening shades. Air conditioning keeps the house comfortable in summer.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard holds a hot tub, a BBQ, a firepit, a patio with outdoor furniture and a private outdoor dining area, with a large green space for the group to spread out. A ping pong table gives the group somewhere to compete indoors. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, and most of Drumheller's attractions and downtown are within walking distance or a short drive, with a well-known craft brewery nearby.
