The Landing

You open the door and the harbour is right there, wide and unobstructed through the living room windows, with fishing boats and float planes tracing across Clayoquot Sound. The Landing is a bright two-bedroom oceanfront townhouse at Eik Landing in downtown Tofino, close enough to walk to everything and quiet enough to feel like your own corner of the coast.

Sleep in Comfort

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The primary has a king-size bed with harbour views out the window, and the second bedroom has driftwood bunk beds crafted by a local artist alongside a twin bed, sleeping up to five between them. There is ample closet and storage space, a full bathroom upstairs and a second bathroom with a shower on the main floor, each stocked with Carina Organics shampoo and conditioner. Full laundry is upstairs too, which makes longer stays and sandy dog days easy.

Gather & Unwind

The open living space centres on a propane fireplace and a large TV, with the dining area next to the kitchen and direct access to the patio. The kitchen is fully appointed with a propane oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, a Ninja Instant Pot, condiments, wine glasses and champagne flutes. Mornings start with freshly roasted Foggy Bean coffee from Ucluelet, brewed in the drip coffee maker or French press with a grinder on site, and organic Thay Tea. Kids will find books, games, puzzles, DVDs and an Xbox with games in the living room, and there is hot chocolate in the cupboard.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

You are in the heart of downtown Tofino, with restaurants, shops, galleries and the harbour a short walk away. Whale watching, boat tours and water sports launch from the marina, and beach access is close to the townhouse. The Multi-Use Path runs through town for walking and cycling, and the West Coast Transit bus connects Tofino and Ucluelet seven days a week. Storm season, surf season and sunny summer evenings on the deck are all equally good reasons to come.

Thoughtful Touches

Custom built-in work and study desks in both bedrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi make it easy to keep up with work between adventures. One covered, assigned parking spot is yours, with over-height overflow parking nearby. Entry is private with a keypad deadbolt, and check-in is contactless. The pathway to the front door is flat and smooth. Bring a crate if your dog will be left alone, and keep them from chasing wildlife along the water.

Pull up a chair on the deck, pour something cold and watch the harbour go about its day.
