It works just as well for a concert weekend as it does for a work trip or a month-long stay, and it puts the city's best on your doorstep.

Sleep in Comfort

The primary bedroom holds a king bed with plush linens and its own private ensuite. A second bedroom has a queen bed, and a full pull-out sofa in the living room brings the total to six guests. Every bed is made up with fresh sheets after each stay, two full bathrooms are stocked for quick mornings, and a walk-in closet plus a second closet give you somewhere to unpack.

Gather & Unwind

Settle into the open-concept living and dining area beside the gas fireplace, or stream something on the 50" smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Step out onto the private balcony or the private patio to take in city views. Air conditioning keeps things cool through summer, and since this is the downtown core, expect a little ambient city energy in the evenings.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Rogers Place, the ICE District and MacEwan University are about five minutes away, and the Edmonton Convention Centre, Royal Alexandra Hospital and the University of Alberta are all close. Walk to the Bay/Enterprise Square LRT station, hop a bus toward Whyte Avenue, or follow the river valley trails for hiking and biking. Cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and Rice Howard Way are all within a few blocks, so you can leave the car parked and explore on foot.

The fully stocked kitchen comes with appliances, cookware, stylish wine glasses and complimentary tea and coffee, and in-suite laundry makes longer stays easy. A private space with an ergonomic chair and fast Wi-Fi is set up for remote work. One secure underground stall is included (6'6" clearance, no propane vehicles), and the building has an elevator. Self check-in is by keypad, with a building fob and key collected from a convenience store a one-minute walk away; plan to arrive before 9:00 PM. Pets are welcome with owner approval for $30 per night. A starter pack of essentials covers about a week, weekday housekeeping is available at extra cost, and exterior security cameras cover the building entrances.
