The Bedrock is a two-bedroom house in downtown Drumheller that pairs modern upgrades with the original character of the building. The living room has a high custom ceiling with a wood beam feature, open sightlines and plenty of natural light, and the open-concept layout runs through to the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has stainless appliances including a full-size fridge and oven, pantry storage and open shelving, with bar seating alongside the combined dining and living space. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and original hardwood floors, the second bedroom has twin Murphy beds, and a sofa bed in the living room adds further sleeping space. The single bathroom is a three-piece with a walk-in shower, and there is a washer and dryer on the main floor.

Outside, the fenced backyard has a fire pit, a picnic table and a barbecue, and guests have full private use of both the house and the yard. Air conditioning and heating are in place for year-round stays, and there is free parking on the property and on the street.

The home is a one-minute walk from the splash and skate park and two minutes from Drumheller's valley trail system, with Valley Brewing and the downtown cafes, shops and restaurants just steps away. The World's Largest Dinosaur and visitor centre are about five minutes away, and the Hoodoos and the Royal Tyrrell Museum are an easy drive. Pets are welcome for a small fee.
