Vaulted ceilings and an open-concept main floor keep Syrah feeling bigger than the square footage. The kitchen, dining, and living area flow together without walls cutting up the space. The screened-in porch is the best seat in the house on a warm afternoon: it catches the sun when the light is good, then shifts to shade by evening — the natural arc of an Okanagan day. You can sit out there from mid-afternoon through to when the stars come out without adjusting anything.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

The community's 500+ feet of private sandy beach on Osoyoos Lake, two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, marina, beach volleyball courts, scenic trails, and fire pits are all accessible from the meadow section. Pet-friendly — the community's walking trails and open areas give dogs room to move. Off the grounds: Black Sage Bench wineries for tastings, Area 27 Motorsports Park for a different kind of afternoon, and Mount Baldy ski resort if the season runs late.
