Every linen is bleached and replaced between guests, and a pack 'n play travel crib and a folding high chair are always on site for younger family members.

The private patio is the star: an eight-person hot tub, a propane fire table, a BBQ with grill tools and an outdoor dining area inside a fenced yard. Inside, an electric fireplace warms the living room, and two 55-inch smart TVs with Netflix stream over blazing-fast Wi-Fi. The fully stocked chef's kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, cookware and everything from wine glasses to everyday essentials, with complimentary coffee and tea to start each morning. West Edmonton Mall, with its hundreds of shops, restaurants, waterpark and amusement park, is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown Edmonton, the Art Gallery of Alberta, the Royal Alberta Museum and Rogers Place are a 15 to 20 minute drive or a direct bus ride, and the University of Alberta Hospital is close for medical appointments.
