Three bedrooms across two floors, each with its own bathroom — a bathroom-per-bedroom ratio that makes mornings efficient for six guests. The King Master on the main floor has its own ensuite: private, quiet, and separated from the upper bedrooms. Two Queen bedrooms sit upstairs, sharing the upper bathroom. The layout gives the main-floor bedroom couple genuine separation from the rest of the group.

The high ceilings are the first thing you notice inside Summer Breeze. They open the main floor living and dining area and prevent a three-bedroom cottage from feeling like a three-bedroom cottage. The glassed-in sunroom extends that feeling — a bright, sheltered room that works in every season. Two bathrooms on the main floor means the King Master ensuite doesn't need to double as a shared bathroom. The patio has a BBQ for outdoor dinners.

You're in the meadow section of The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake, with the community's full amenity set available: 500+ feet of private sandy beach, 1,800 feet of Osoyoos Lake waterfront, two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, marina, beach volleyball courts, scenic walking trails, and community fire pits. Off the property: Black Sage Bench wineries for a tasting afternoon, Area 27 Motorsports Park for something completely different, and Mount Baldy ski resort for a shoulder-season day trip.
