This is the cottage for a group that wants to actually do things together. The pool table on the lower level sets the tone — expect tournament brackets by night two. Upstairs, the main-floor living room keeps the adults comfortable. Downstairs, the lower family room has its own TV and seating. The lower-level bar area adds a stove, fridge, and sink to the mix — effectively a second kitchen without being listed as one. Step outside to the grassy backyard for evening hangouts or to let the dog run. The outdoor ping pong table is ready for whoever wants to challenge.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Grenache is pet-friendly at a lakefront community that means it — the 500+ ft private sandy beach is accessible, the community grounds are walkable, and your dog comes along for all of it. Two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, beach volleyball, and community fire pits are all within the gates. The Black Sage Bench wine trail is just outside — named for the wild sage that grows along the benches above Osoyoos Lake, the corridor includes some of BC's most awarded red wine producers. Area 27 and Mount Baldy give the group more to explore.
