Spacious Luxury Home with Hot Tub and Sunroom

Welcome to Chappelle Gardens, one of Edmonton's newest and most family-friendly communities in the southwest. This expansive home is really three private suites in one: a main unit, a side suite and a basement suite, all connected from inside, so reunions, wedding parties, sports teams and corporate groups can spread out across four living spaces and three kitchens while still gathering together.

Six bedrooms are split across the suites. The main unit has a king bedroom with a private ensuite, a queen bedroom and a double bedroom; the basement suite adds a king and a queen bedroom; and the side suite has its own queen bedroom. A sofa bed in the bonus living room, with linens provided, brings the total to 14. Every bed comes with fresh bleached linens, cosy bedding and extra blankets, and four full bathrooms plus a half bath keep large groups moving in the morning. Pack 'n Plays are available in each unit.

Gather & Unwind

Three full living rooms plus a bonus room each offer their own space to relax, with smart TVs and complimentary Netflix for movie nights. Cosy up beside the gas fireplace in the main living room during the winter months, or take your coffee into the enclosed sunroom for a slow start to the day. Outside, the private six-person hot tub is open from 7 AM to 10 PM, and the fully fenced backyard is ready for relaxed evenings under the stars. Central air conditioning cools the main unit in summer, with portable fans in the side suite.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Chappelle Gardens is walkable to parks, playgrounds, trails and small shops, and groceries, cafes and restaurants are minutes away at Currents of Windermere and Heritage Valley Town Centre. With Anthony Henday Drive and Ellerslie Road close by, West Edmonton Mall and Edmonton International Airport are each about 20 minutes, and ETS bus stops nearby connect to LRT stations.

Thoughtful Touches

Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and complimentary coffee and tea, along with its own washer and dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. A standalone high chair is on hand, walk-in closets and dressers make unpacking easy, and fast Wi-Fi supports remote work across the home. Self check-in uses secure keyless entry, and parking includes an attached garage for one vehicle (max height 6'10"), a private driveway with two spaces and free street parking. Exterior security cameras cover the entrances and backyard, and housekeeping is available daily at extra cost.
