The upper floor holds the master bedroom with a king bed and its own ensuite, plus two more bedrooms with queen beds and a full hallway bathroom. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed sits beside a basement living room with a large sofa bed and another full bathroom, bringing the total to ten guests. Fresh sheets are on every bed for every arrival, and a portable air conditioning unit keeps things cool through the summer. Clothing storage includes a walk-in closet, closet and dresser.

Slip into the private six-person hot tub after a day out, then fire up the propane BBQ on the large deck while the kids play in the fenced yard. Inside, the living room fireplace and a 50-inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix set the scene for cozy evenings, and a dining room seats the whole group. Tamarack Common shopping is five minutes away and the new Meadows Recreation Centre is just two minutes from the door, with grocery stores, cafes and restaurants close by. Quick access to the Whitemud and Anthony Henday puts downtown Edmonton about 15 minutes away, West Edmonton Mall around 20 minutes, and the University of Alberta and Whyte Avenue within easy reach. Pets are welcome with advance approval. Please note the bedrooms and full bathrooms are reached by stairs, and the basement fridge is not currently operational.
