Ski-In/Ski-Out Paradise

**Where you are** TimberStone sits at the top of the Owl T-Bar, on Kimberley Alpine Resort rather than near it. You leave through your own private entrance, click in, and ski; at the end of the day you ski back to the same door. In summer those runs become the resort's hiking and mountain-biking trails, the Kimberley Nordic Centre is minutes away, and the Platzl in downtown Kimberley is a three-minute drive down the hill.

**The layout** What sets this condo apart is the bonus room on the lower level, which opens directly onto the hot tub deck and out to the slopes — a mud-room, a games room and an extra sleeping space in one, and the reason eleven people fit here comfortably. Above it, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms sit off an open main floor built around a gas fireplace.

**The kitchen and living space** Granite counters, a kitchen island, a full-size oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter, a Keurig and a crockpot. Wine glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking basics are all stocked, and there is a dining table that seats the group properly. A smart TV with cable and a shelf of board games cover the evenings, and air conditioning plus ceiling fans handle the hot weeks in July and August.

**Sleeping** Bedroom one has a king, bedroom two a queen, and bedroom three a twin-over-double bunk with a twin sofa bed alongside. Sofa beds in the living room and the bonus room take the total to eleven. Every bedroom locks, and linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided along with a hair dryer, iron and hangers.

**Outside** The private hot tub is yours alone on the lower deck, with the balcony above it looking across to the mountains. There is a barbecue with utensils, outdoor seating, outdoor lighting, a garden and free parking on the premises.

**Working and arriving** A desk and desk chair and 100+ Mbps Wi-Fi make a working morning realistic. Check-in is contactless and available 24 hours. No smoking, no pets, no parties, quiet hours from 10pm, and ski boots off at the door. Cleaning and a separate hot tub fee are added at booking; minimum stay is two nights.
