Three bedrooms sleep six, and two and a half bathrooms mean nobody waits long in the morning. There is a bathtub for the kids or a long soak. Linens, hangers and a hair dryer are supplied.

The sleek kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender and rice maker, with dishes, wine glasses and coffee ready. The living areas are spacious enough for everyone to spread out. For the little ones, a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware are already here.

Glendale is a quiet, established neighbourhood close to parks, trendy cafés, shopping and the Nicholls Family Library. Downtown Calgary and Westbrook C-Train Station are just minutes away, so it is quick to get to Stampede Park, the Saddledome or 17th Avenue SW for dinner. Kensington, the Calgary Tower and the downtown core are easy to reach by train, and Shaganappi Point Golf Course is close for a round.

Smart lock self check-in and a private entrance. Air conditioning for the summer. In-suite washer and dryer. A laptop-friendly workspace and Wi-Fi. Free street parking. A fire extinguisher and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in place. Pets are welcome with approval for $52.50 per pet, per stay. Early check-in from 1 PM and late check-out until 2 PM can be requested for a fee, subject to availability. The primary guest must be 25 or older, and quiet hours start at 10 PM out of respect for the neighbours.
