Red Finch stretches three bedrooms to sleep 10 — a feat built on the upper floor bunk room, which has a double-over-double bunk plus a single trundle. The main floor King Master has its own ensuite. The upper floor also has a King bedroom with an additional single bed. The layout works well for a multigenerational trip or for a group that has a few extra bodies who need somewhere solid to sleep.

Gather & Unwind

The glassed-in sunroom on the main floor extends your usable space and pulls in light year-round. Vaulted ceilings keep the main living area open. The kitchen and living/dining area flow together without cramping the space for a group this size. Outside, the patio with BBQ handles evenings without fuss.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Red Finch is steps from both the beach and the pool — the location makes it easy to rotate between water and chair throughout the day. Kayaks and paddleboards are included, which means you step onto the community's 500+ feet of private sandy Osoyoos Lake beach and you're already equipped. If you're bringing a boat, ask about the available slip. Beyond the water: two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, marina, beach volleyball courts, and fire pits are all within the community. Off-property: Black Sage Bench wineries, Area 27 Motorsports Park, and Mount Baldy ski resort are within driving range.
