## An all-season base, not just a ski week

Purcell Condos 208 sits on the mountain at Kimberley Alpine Resort with ski access from the building, so winter mornings start at the door. The rest of the year the same address puts you on the hiking and mountain-biking network and within reach of seven golf courses, Trickle Creek among them. It is a genuinely year-round place to book, which is rarer than the marketing suggests.

## One level, seven beds' worth of sleeping

Everything is on a single floor. The first bedroom has a queen. The second is built for a family: a queen plus a twin-over-queen bunk, sleeping five on its own. Two bathrooms serve the seven guests. Cotton linens and towels are provided, and there is a high chair if you need one.

## Inside

Air conditioning, ceiling fans and portable fans keep July comfortable. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove, blender, kettle and baking sheet, with a dining table alongside. There is a smart TV with cable, board games for a weather day, and Wi-Fi that measured above 250 Mbps — fast enough that a work morning is not a compromise.

## Shared, and worth being clear about

The hot tub is the Purcell Condos commercial tub, open to guests in the complex rather than private to this unit, and there is no hot tub fee on the quote as a result. The heated outdoor pool is seasonal and also shared, as is the laundry — the washer and dryer are communal, not in-unit. There is an outdoor play area and a garden with seating.

## Getting around

Downtown Kimberley and the Platzl are a short drive. Trickle Creek is minutes away. Free parking is on the premises and check-in is contactless, so late arrivals are not a problem.

## Worth knowing

No fireplace and no private hot tub. If a private tub matters to your guests, point them at one of the TimberStone or Northstar units instead.
