Premium Slope-Side Retreat

**Where you are** TimberStone sits at the top of the Owl T-Bar, high on Kimberley Alpine Resort. That is genuine ski-in/ski-out: you leave through your own private entrance, click in, and ski. The lifts, the Kimberley Nordic Centre and the resort's summer hiking and mountain-biking network all start from the same place, and the Platzl in downtown Kimberley is a three-minute drive back down the hill.

**Inside** This is one of the larger TimberStone layouts: three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an open main floor built around a gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite counters, a kitchen island, full-size oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and both a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter and a Keurig, plus a crockpot. Crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, pots, pans and cooking basics are all there, so a group of nine can eat in properly. There is a dining table for the meal itself, a smart TV with cable for afterwards, and air conditioning throughout for the weeks in July and August when the Kootenays get genuinely hot.

**Sleeping** Bedroom one has a king, bedroom two a queen with a twin bunk beside it, and bedroom three a queen. A sofa bed in the living room takes the total to nine. Every bedroom has a lock, and linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with a hair dryer, iron and hangers.

**Outside** The private hot tub is on your own balcony, not shared and not booked. Look out from it across to the Rockies. There is a barbecue with utensils and outdoor seating for long summer evenings, free parking on the premises, and a private entrance so you are never queuing behind another party with skis.

**Working and staying** A dedicated desk and office chair make a working day realistic, and the Wi-Fi runs at 100+ Mbps. Check-in is contactless and available 24 hours, so a late arrival after a long drive is not a problem. A high chair is available on request.

**Good to know** No smoking, no pets, no parties, and quiet hours from 10pm — this is a resort building with neighbours. Ski boots come off at the door. Cleaning and a separate hot tub fee are added at booking, and the minimum stay is two nights.
