Sleep in Comfort The main bedroom is centred on a king-size bed for a proper night's rest, and the second bedroom holds a queen. A comfortable queen pull-out couch in the living room brings the total to six, and every bed is made up with fresh sheets. The full bathroom offers a shower and tub combination, sink and toilet.

Gather & Unwind Professionally decorated by a local designer, the living room is built around a huge 55-inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Lightning-fast Wi-Fi and a private workspace with an ergonomic chair make remote work days productive. The kitchen is fully loaded with brand-new appliances, including a fridge, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher, plus small appliances, wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Tea and coffee are provided. Step out into the large backyard, where the neighbourhood playground and seasonal spray park are right behind the property.

Adventure at Your Doorstep Forest Heights borders Edmonton's river valley park system, with scenic trails and bike routes close by.
