Outside, the deck has a fire table and a gas BBQ, the backyard has a firepit, and the 6-person hot tub is open from 7 am to 10 pm. The basement is a separate long-term suite with its own entrance, so the rest of the home is entirely yours; note that only the BBQ in the yard is for guest use.

Rosenthal sits minutes from Anthony Henday Drive, which puts West Edmonton Mall about 12 minutes away, downtown around 25 minutes and Edmonton International Airport roughly 35 minutes. Costco, grocery stores and restaurants are close by, and the Rosenthal Spray Park and Playground is a short walk along quiet, tree-lined streets and trails. Edmonton Transit bus stops nearby connect to major routes and LRT stations, including Century Park, though a car makes getting around easiest.
