The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, an electric range with oven, a built-in microwave, a dishwasher and a kitchen island with plenty of counter space. Cookware, utensils, dishware, spices, a blender, a toaster, a kettle and wine glasses are all here. The dining table seats six. Just off the back of the house a covered porch holds the BBQ, so grilling carries on whatever the weather does, and the fenced backyard has an outdoor dining table for six on artificial turf that stays green without anyone watering it. Air conditioning handles the July heat, and there is a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi for quieter evenings.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

The rail trail is the daily draw, good for biking, hiking and long walks straight from the house. The pickleball court is across the street. Wood Lake and Beaver Lake bring swimming, boating and fishing, and the surrounding area is thick with wineries, breweries and golf courses for the slower days. UBCO is close by if you are visiting family on campus, and YLW airport is roughly ten minutes away, which makes short trips genuinely short.
