Sleep in Comfort

Three bedrooms sit on the second level. The master has a huge king bed and a private ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms each hold a queen. A large queen sofa bed in the living room brings capacity to eight guests, and linens are freshly bleached and changed for every stay. Two full bathrooms plus the ensuite mean everyone can get ready without waiting. A pack 'n play and a standalone high chair are on site for families.

Stream Netflix on the 55-inch smart TV over lightning-fast Wi-Fi, or gather around the fully stocked chef's kitchen with its brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, plus all the glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery you need. Tea and coffee are provided. Step out to the large private deck, furnished with brand-new patio furniture for outdoor dining, and enjoy the private yard.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Mayfield Common and West Edmonton Mall are both a short drive or bus ride away for shopping, dining and entertainment. Downtown Edmonton and Rogers Place, home of the Oilers and major concerts, are about seven minutes by car. Major bus routes serve the neighbourhood, the Belvedere LRT station is nearby, and 137 Avenue and 156 Street make driving simple. Parks and green spaces around Sherwood suit walkers and cyclists.

Thoughtful Touches

Self check-in uses a secure door keypad, and the double garage at the back of the home is yours to use alongside plenty of street parking. In-suite laundry and a common-space desk with an office chair support longer stays and remote work. Pets are welcome with prior approval for a nightly fee. Another suite in the home is a completely separate unit with its own entrance and HVAC, so there are no shared spaces. Exterior security cameras cover the entrances, deck and yard for everyone's safety.
