Four bedrooms across two floors give your group room to spread out without stepping on each other. On the main floor, the King Master suite has its own ensuite — the kind of privacy that makes a vacation feel like a real escape. A Queen bedroom sits just down the hall. Head upstairs and you've got a third King bedroom plus a bunk room with two full bunk beds, which translates to four single sleeping spots — great for kids or young adults traveling together.

Gather & Unwind

The glassed-in sunroom is where you'll linger over morning coffee and evening card games. The main-floor living area flows into the kitchen and out to the patio with its BBQ for evening cookouts. Upstairs, the second living room gives the group a second base of operations — whether that's movie night, game time, or just somewhere quieter to read.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

You're walking distance to both the beach and the pools from here — no car needed. But with the included golf cart, you won't need to walk at all. The community's 500+ feet of private sandy beach and 1,800 feet of Osoyoos Lake waterfront are your backyard. Two pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a marina, beach volleyball, and scenic walking trails round out what's available on-site. Off-site, Black Sage Bench wineries are a short drive away, and Area 27 Motorsports Park and Mount Baldy ski resort are both easy day trips.
