Four bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors — the math works out to nearly a bathroom per bedroom, which is not something most cottages can offer. The King Master on the main floor has its own ensuite. Upstairs, the second King suite also has a private ensuite plus a private balcony. Two Queen bedrooms round out the sleeping, and the upper family room means the top floor functions as its own suite-like zone with a leather sectional sofa for lounging.

Gather & Unwind

The glassed-in sunroom on the main floor is a year-round bonus — bright in morning, sheltered in rain. The kitchen opens to the living area for group flow. Out back, the patio is where Merlot genuinely earns its name: a fire table alongside the BBQ means evenings outside feel like an occasion rather than an afterthought. When the sun goes down and the fire table comes on, nobody's rushing inside.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

The community's private sandy beach, two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, gym, marina, beach volleyball courts, and fire pits are all accessible on foot. Beach essentials are included so you show up and go. A golf cart is available to rent for getting around the property without walking. Off the grounds: Black Sage Bench wineries for afternoon tastings, Area 27 Motorsports Park for a completely different kind of day, and Mount Baldy ski resort when the season calls for it.

Thoughtful Touches

Four bathrooms eliminate morning bottlenecks for a group of ten. In-unit laundry. Three parking spots. The BBQ and fire table give the patio two completely different outdoor uses.
