Marigold spreads 10 guests across four bedrooms on two levels. The main floor has the King Master with ensuite and a Queen bedroom. Upstairs, a second Queen bedroom and a bunk room with a single-over-double plus an additional single give you flexible sleeping for kids or adults. Three bathrooms across the house handle morning traffic without backing up.

The main floor is built around a quartz island kitchen that earns its square footage — large enough to cook at together, not just cook and wait out of the way. The glassed-in sunroom is the natural overflow: morning coffee, afternoon reading, a game of cards when you don't want to be outside. Upstairs, a second living room gives the group a proper secondary space to split off into in the evenings.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Marigold's location is its strongest card: you're next door to the community pools. When the kids ask to swim or someone wants to cool off, the answer is two minutes. Beyond the pools, the community offers two hot tubs, a gym, marina, 500+ feet of private sandy beach on Osoyoos Lake, beach volleyball, scenic trails, and fire pits. The included golf cart covers the rest of the grounds without adding steps to your day. Black Sage Bench wineries, Area 27 Motorsports Park, and Mount Baldy ski resort are all within driving range.
