Malbec runs four bedrooms across two levels, and it's the dual King ensuite setup that makes it stand out. On the main floor, the King Master has its own ensuite. Upstairs, a second King Master also has a private ensuite — plus a private balcony. The upper level also has a Queen bedroom and a bunk room sleeping three (a bunk plus a single). Four bathrooms mean nobody's waiting in line.

Gather & Unwind

The main floor is built for a group. Open-concept living flows into the kitchen, through the glassed-in sunroom, and out to the back patio where there's a BBQ under a patio umbrella. Head upstairs and the family room gives the group a second living area to spread out. The den/office on the main floor is a quiet zone — rare in a cottage setting and genuinely useful for groups with at least one person still tethered to a laptop.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

One of Malbec's best features: you can see the community pool directly from your backyard deck. That's not a short walk away — it's right there. Beyond the pool, the community offers 500+ feet of private sandy beach, 1,800 feet of Osoyoos Lake waterfront, two hot tubs, a gym, marina, beach volleyball, and scenic walking trails. Off-site, Black Sage Bench wineries, Mount Baldy ski resort, and Area 27 Motorsports Park are all easy drives.

Thoughtful Touches

Three parking spots on-site, in-unit laundry, and a patio umbrella for afternoon shade. The covered patio with BBQ and upper King balcony both add usable outdoor square footage beyond the deck.
