Some rental homes have been lived in hard. This one hasn't. It's a new custom build at 116 Dreamcatcher Way, and it still has that quiet, everything-works feeling: granite counters, hardwood underfoot, warm lighting, and plush mattresses nobody has worn out yet.

Sleep in Comfort Four bedrooms, ten guests. The upstairs master has a king and a spa-style ensuite with a deep soaker tub and separate shower. On the main floor, a bedroom with two solid twin-over-double bunks handles the kids or a group of friends, and a quiet queen room sits beside it. Downstairs, a fourth queen bedroom, with a pull-out sofa in the rec room if you need one more.

Gather and Unwind The main floor is built around a chef's kitchen with a big island, opening into the dining area and living room under the fireplace. The lower level is where the evening tends to end up: a custom bar, lounge seating, a large smart TV and a second dining table, which is exactly what you want when the adults and the kids are on different schedules.

Adventure at Your Doorstep The Main Express Quad is a few minutes' walk, so you can skip the parking scramble entirely and ski back toward the house along the trails at the end of the day. In summer the same terrain turns into biking and hiking, and Trickle Creek golf is minutes away.

The Mountain Club Guests get full access to the Mountain Club at the entrance to Dreamcatcher: a heated seasonal pool, a large hot tub, a gym, saunas and a lounge, all a short walk from the door.

Thoughtful Touches A dedicated gear garage keeps skis, boards and bikes secure and out of the house. There's a private hot tub on the back deck facing quiet treed forest land, a fire pit in the backyard for the evening, contactless entry, and a proper desk with a printer if work follows you up the mountain.
