The master bedroom features a king bed, its own gas fireplace and a spa-inspired ensuite with a spacious soaker tub, walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third a double. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom holds another king, and the rest of the basement space has two double beds for the kids. Every bed is made with freshly cleaned, bleached linens, and central air conditioning keeps the whole house comfortable through summer. A travel crib and standalone high chair are always on hand.

Gather & Unwind

Three separate living spaces give everyone room to spread out, including a large TV room, with complimentary Netflix on both a 55-inch and a 50-inch smart TV over lightning-fast Wi-Fi. A warm gas fireplace anchors the main-floor living room. The kitchen is fully loaded with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher, along with all the glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery a big group needs. Outside, the large private deck, patio and yard with a natural gas BBQ are perfect for summer dinners, and complimentary tea and coffee plus a week's starter supply of essentials are waiting when you arrive.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Your backyard opens straight into Elsinore Chambery Park, with a playground, soccer field, baseball diamond and open green space. Castle Downs Park is nearby for hiking and picnics, and the North Saskatchewan River offers hiking, fishing and kayaking. The Kinsmen Sports Centre has indoor pools, ice rinks and a fitness centre. Downtown Edmonton, with Rogers Place, the Art Gallery of Alberta and Edmonton City Centre mall, is about 20 minutes by transit, with a bus stop a few minutes' walk away and the LRT about a 10-minute drive. 97th Street, Castle Downs Road and 137th Avenue connect you to the rest of the city by car.

Secure keypad self check-in lets you arrive on your own schedule, and the attached two-car garage keeps vehicles out of the weather, with ample street parking for extra cars. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Please note there are a few stairs before the entrance and stairs inside the home, and the jetted tub in the master ensuite is currently awaiting repair. Exterior security cameras at the front and back entrances record for security purposes.
