Jungle Oasis with Hot Tub and Games Area

Tucked into the growing southeast community of Tamarack, this five-bedroom home mixes exotic, jungle-inspired design with the practical comforts a big group needs. With a private hot tub, a covered patio, two living rooms and a games zone, it is made for multi-family trips, weekend crews and local staycations that want a little extra.

Sleep in Comfort

Five bedrooms are spread across three floors, so everyone has somewhere to retreat. The primary bedroom has a king bed, its own ensuite bathroom, a Smart TV and an air mattress for extra flexibility, and a sofa bed in the basement adds more sleeping space. Three and a half bathrooms across the three levels mean no queue in the morning. A pack-and-play travel crib and a high chair are included for families with little ones, and there is generous closet and dresser storage for longer stays.

Gather & Unwind

Two roomy living rooms give the group space to split up or come together, with a cozy fireplace on the main floor and a Smart TV for streaming. The games area with foosball and an indoor mini basketball hoop is a hit with kids and adults. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, hosting or snacking. Outside, the covered patio dining area and propane BBQ let you grill in any season, and the 7-person hot tub is the highlight of any evening. A dedicated HVAC system and a portable air conditioning unit keep things comfortable in warmer months.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

The Meadows Community Recreation Centre is just two minutes away, and shopping, dining and major roadways are close at hand. Downtown Edmonton, Rogers Place and the city's restaurants, concerts and Oilers games are a quick drive or rideshare from the door. The Meadows area is threaded with parks and walking trails, Edmonton Transit buses stop a short walk away, and bike lanes and bike-share stations are nearby.

Thoughtful Touches

Self check-in with a keypad door code lets you arrive on your own schedule. In-suite laundry and a stocked kitchen make longer stays easy, and essentials are set up to last about the first week. Fast Wi-Fi is speed-verified for 4K streaming and video calls across multiple devices. Park two vehicles in the private garage with free street parking beyond. Exterior security cameras cover the entrances, deck and hot tub area for everyone's safety.
