High Tide

You walk in, and the harbour is already filling the windows: boats coming and going, the rainforest rising across Clayoquot Sound, and the light shifting with the tide. High Tide is a bright ground-floor studio suite in the heart of downtown Tofino, a cozy bachelor-style retreat that puts you steps from cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries while keeping a quiet harbourfront corner to come back to.

Sleep in Comfort

The queen bed is tucked into a sleeping nook along one wall, so it feels like its own space even though there is no separate bedroom door. A sofa bed in the living area takes a third guest. The full bathroom has a tub and shower combination, fresh towels, a hair dryer and Carina Organics shampoo and conditioner, with extra pillows and blankets on hand.

Gather & Unwind

The open living area is built for relaxing after the beach, with comfortable seating, a dining table for four and harbour-facing windows that keep the water in view. The full kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven and stovetop, cookware, utensils and pantry basics, plus a drip coffee maker and a starter supply of freshly roasted Foggy Bean coffee from Ucluelet. Tea lovers get a selection of herbal and black organic teas from Ucluelet favourite Thay Tea. Cleaning products are ocean-safe and made by local company Mint, and a stand-up fan is there for warm summer afternoons.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Downtown Tofino is at your feet: harbour pathways, grocery stores and markets, local shops and galleries, and the beaches and surf access that draw people to the coast. The paved Multi-Use Path links Tofino to Ucluelet for walking and biking, whale-watching and boat tours leave from the harbour nearby, and storm-watching season is as good from the patio as it is from the beach.

Thoughtful Touches

Guest access is by keypad entry and check-in is self-serve, with Blue Crush available locally by phone or text for recommendations. One designated on-site parking stall is included, though it may not fit RVs or oversized vehicles. The suite is on the ground floor with a short set of roughly four stairs from the lower parking area, which makes it especially easy for dogs, including older ones. A card-operated shared laundry room is on the second floor, and a pack and play is stored in the front closet for travelling families.
