This is a recently and beautifully renovated cottage, and you feel it the moment you step inside: everything is fresh, bright, and thoughtfully finished.

Two bedrooms give your group room to spread out. One is set with a king-size bed, the other with a queen, and a sofa bed in the living area brings your total capacity to six. Off the kitchen, a comfortable sitting area with a couch and TV invites you to settle in after a day outdoors. The Galloping Goose Trail runs just off the property, ready for a morning walk or a long ride toward Victoria. Downtown Sooke is about 5 km away, with local restaurants, the Sooke Regional Museum, and the flat seaside stroll out along Whiffin Spit. Walk through the forest to Sheringham Point Lighthouse for sweeping views across the Strait of Juan de Fuca, cool off in the swimming holes at Sooke Potholes Provincial Park, or head out for world-class fishing and whale watching off the coast. Mount Quimper, beaches, and quiet coves are all close by.
