Grapevine is a two-bedroom whole home that effectively sleeps six without feeling like it's trying too hard. The Queen Master ensuite is the primary bedroom — private, with its own bathroom. A second Queen bedroom handles the second couple or two more guests. And then there's the sunroom: a glassed-in room with a queen sofa bed that functions as a legitimate third sleeping space. The separate dining room is what most open-concept cottages give up in favour of flow — Grapevine keeps both. You get the connected kitchen and living experience, but with a proper dining room rather than just a dining table wedged next to the couch. The quartz island kitchen is the kind of feature that belongs in a larger cottage but shows up here — which means cooking for six is an activity, not a squeeze. The glassed-in sunroom is a third gathering option when the main rooms get too familiar after a few days.

Meadow section access puts you within walking distance of the community's 500+ feet of private sandy beach on Osoyoos Lake, two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, marina, beach volleyball courts, scenic trails, and fire pits. The South Okanagan's Black Sage Bench wineries are a short drive. Area 27 Motorsports Park and Mount Baldy ski resort are practical day trips.
