Known as the Blue Raptor, this three-bedroom house sits about three minutes from the World's Largest Dinosaur in Drumheller and sleeps up to eight guests. Each of the three bedrooms holds a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, making the home well suited to families and larger groups.

The living room is arranged around a 43-inch Roku smart TV with accent chairs, an area rug, a coffee table and plenty of throw blankets and pillows. The kitchen has a modern layout built around a kitchen island and coffee bar, with a fridge and freezer, oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine, coffee and tea, kitchen essentials and a dining table.

The bedrooms are fitted with night tables and lamps, room-darkening shades, a clothes rack and clothing storage, and the third bedroom includes a dedicated workspace. The bathroom has a tub and shower with towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap, and a laundry room holds a washer and dryer with laundry essentials. Air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, bed linens, hangers and an iron are all provided, along with an EV charger.

Guests have the run of the full property, inside and out. The fenced backyard is set up for longer afternoons outdoors with a BBQ, an outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, a badminton net and a children's play area. Drumheller itself offers the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Midland Provincial Park, the World's Largest Dinosaur downtown and the Atlas Coal Mine National Historic Site to the southeast.
