Sun-Rock puts 11 guests across four bedrooms. The main floor has the King Master with ensuite, a Queen bedroom, and the bunk room — which stands out immediately: five single beds in one room is an unusually large configuration, and it makes this cottage work exceptionally well for families with multiple kids or groups that need to max out capacity without paying for an extra bedroom. The upper level has a Queen bedroom and a TV lounge area for a quieter secondary space.

The glassed-in sunroom on the main floor is the light-filled room you'll migrate to every morning. The kitchen and living area flow together on the main floor. Outside, the greenbelt patio has an LED-lit umbrella and a BBQ — it's a setup that actually looks good at night, not just functional. From that patio, you can see the community pool, which makes it easy to gauge whether it's worth the walk or whether you'd rather stay put.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Sun-Rock is one of the few cottages at The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake that includes water sport equipment outright. Kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles are all yours for the stay. If you're bringing a boat, a slip is available. Beyond your own gear, the community offers 500+ feet of private sandy beach, two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, marina, beach volleyball, scenic trails, and fire pits. Black Sage Bench wineries are close, Area 27 Motorsports Park is a committed day trip, and Mount Baldy ski resort rounds out the shoulder season options.
