Drum Cottage | Sleeps 7 | Fenced Backyard with BBQ

Drum Cottage is a character home in the heart of Drumheller set up for families, with three bedrooms, six beds and room for the whole group to spread out. Guests have the entire house to themselves, as the property is kept exclusively for visitors.

Two bedrooms each hold a queen bed with a night stand and lamp, and the first also has a reading chair. The third bedroom is arranged with three twin beds along with a desk, storage space and a lounge chair, which makes it a practical room for children or a group of friends. The living room has a 50-inch flatscreen TV loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus, plus a sofa, reading bench, coffee table and extra blankets. The single bathroom has a bathtub with hot water and a full range of toiletries.

The full-sized kitchen comes with a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, a kettle and coffee machine and a dining table. A free in-unit washer and dryer is available with an iron, hangers, drying rack and laundry detergent, and the home is equipped for young families with a high chair, a travel crib and room-darkening shades. Air conditioning is provided for warm summer days.

Outside there is a fully fenced backyard with green space, a BBQ, a firepit, a patio with outdoor furniture and a private outdoor dining area. The neighbourhood sits close to downtown and very near the river, the Aquaplex and an ice cream shop, with a locally well-known craft brewery within walking distance.
