A large bathroom serves the other upstairs bedrooms, and a half bath sits on the main level. Each bedroom has a tall cooling tower for warm summer nights, and opening the windows brings in a quick cross-breeze. A pack 'n play and high chair are on site for the youngest travellers.

Gather & Unwind

Stream Netflix on the 42-inch smart TV over lightning-fast Wi-Fi, or shoot hoops in the indoor games area with its basketball net. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery, with tea and coffee provided. Out back, the huge private deck has an outdoor dining table, brand-new patio furniture with plenty of seating and a private propane BBQ.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

The Meadows Recreation Centre is a two-minute drive, handy for tournaments and events, and Tamarack Common's shops and restaurants are close by. The University of Alberta and Stollery Children's Hospital are about 20 minutes away. Edmonton Transit bus stops are a short walk from the home, bike lanes and bike-share stations are nearby, and walking trails and parks wind through the neighbourhood.

Thoughtful Touches

Self check-in uses a secure door keypad, and the secure two-car garage at the back of the home comes with plenty of free street parking. In-suite laundry and a private workspace with a desk support longer stays. Pets are welcome with prior approval for a nightly fee. A separate basement suite with its own entrance sits below and may host guests with pets; sound proofing between the units keeps noise to a minimum. There are about five steps up to the front door. Exterior security cameras cover the entrances, deck and yard for everyone's safety.
