The entry floor has garage parking, ski and boot storage, and a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk and trundle bed, smart TV and Xbox.
The back deck has a BBQ and a six-person hot tub. It is a 5 minute walk to the lifts, a 3 minute drive to Black Jack XC Ski Club and 5 minutes to downtown Rossland, with a winter shuttle. Extra parking is available.
