Coastal Suite

Coastal Suite sits right on Ucluelet Harbour, and the living room window frames the boats and the water from the moment you settle in. This quaint, fully contained guest suite is a bright and comfortable base for a West Coast getaway, most comfortable for two but with room for a small family or a group of four, and your dog is welcome too.

Sleep in Comfort

The bedroom has a queen bed with plush linens and natural light, and room-darkening shades for a proper sleep-in. A queen pull-out sofa in the living area sleeps two more. The full bathroom has modern fixtures, fresh towels and eco-friendly Carina Organics shampoo and conditioner. Linens are washed with unscented, ocean-safe Nellie's soap, and no dryer sheets are used.

Gather and Unwind

The living area is open and comfortable, with harbour views and a Smart TV with Netflix for the evenings. The kitchenette is set up for simple meals with a sink, hot plate, toaster oven, bar fridge, kettle, cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker with filters and a French press. A coffee grinder is on site, and your mornings start with complimentary Foggy Bean coffee roasted in Ucluelet and a curated selection of organic Thay Tea. Step outside to your private BBQ and watch the harbour while dinner cooks.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

You are in the heart of Ucluelet, within walking distance of the harbour, the Village Green, the Aquarium, cafés, boutiques, restaurants, grocery stores and the seasonal farmers' market. The Wild Pacific Trail and the Lighthouse Loop are a walk away, along with several local beaches. When you want to go further, the West Coast Transit bus runs seven days a week between Ucluelet and Tofino, and bike and e-bike rentals, Coastal Rides, Tofino Taxi and pre-arranged shuttles are all options. Pacific Rim National Park Reserve is a short drive.

Thoughtful Touches

The suite is marked with a Coastal Suite sign at the bottom of the stairs on the side of the house, with one step to enter and a path lit at night. Check-in is independent, with a detailed Welcome Guide before arrival and Blue Crush available by message during your stay. Parking for one car is on the boulevard outside the house. A safe, an iron and children's dinnerware are provided. A long-term tenant lives upstairs and a second guest suite, Sea Breeze, sits beside Coastal, and everyone respects each other's privacy. Wildlife frequents the area, so keep food inside and cars secured.
