All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The master retreat holds a king bed with its own private ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom's double-over-single bunk with a roll-out trundle sleeps four. A pull-out sofa in the living room brings the total to ten. Two full bathrooms and a main-floor powder room keep the whole group moving, and the 55-inch smart TV in the living room is joined by two more TVs in the bedrooms, all with Netflix and cable. A gas fireplace warms winter evenings, and air conditioning cools summer nights.

The massive private deck is the heart of the home: gather around the fire table on the L-shaped outdoor sofa, share dinner from the natural gas BBQ at the outdoor dining table, or stretch out on the sun lounger under the string lights. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need, and complimentary coffee, tea and spices. In-suite laundry makes longer stays easy, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi handles streaming and remote work. When you are ready to unwind, head to the shared year-round indoor hot tub or the on-site gym with treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, free weights and yoga mat.

Please note there is a flight of stairs to the main entrance and an interior staircase to the bedrooms, and that neighbouring townhomes may produce slight noise. A security camera at the unit entrance records for safety.
