All three bedrooms are upstairs. The huge owner's suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet and its own private ensuite, the second bedroom holds another king, and the third has a queen. A queen pull-out couch in the second-floor bonus room brings the total to eight guests, and every bed is dressed with fresh, bleached linens for each arrival. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main floor keep mornings moving. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided and opening the windows creates a good cross breeze in summer.

Two living rooms give everyone room to spread out. Stream complimentary Netflix on the 55-inch smart TV over lightning-fast Wi-Fi, or head to the games room for a foosball tournament. The chef's kitchen is fully loaded with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, plus all the glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery you need. Complimentary tea and coffee are waiting, and an in-suite washer and dryer make week-long or month-long stays simple.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Grocery stores, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, and the nearby Chappelle shopping area covers everyday needs. Blackmud Creek Ravine offers hiking and cycling trails, while the Terwillegar Community Recreation Centre has pools, fitness classes and ice rinks. Anthony Henday Drive connects you to the whole city: West Edmonton Mall and Edmonton International Airport are about 20 minutes away, and downtown, with the Art Gallery of Alberta, Royal Alberta Museum and Rogers Place, is roughly 30 minutes by car or express bus from the Heritage Valley Transit Centre.

Please note that the basement is a separate rental unit with its own entrance and is not accessible, and that as a new community, some weekday daytime construction noise and dust may be noticeable.
