Burgundy fits 12 guests across four bedrooms on two floors. The main floor King Master has a private ensuite. A Queen bedroom is also on the main. Upstairs, you've got a King bedroom and a bunk room — plus a family room with a Smart TV for a second gathering space. The layout means large groups have breathing room rather than everyone stacked in one living area.

The quartz kitchen is built for group cooking — the island and counter space make feeding twelve a project rather than a crisis. The glassed-in sunroom extends your usable main floor space and brings in natural light year-round. When the indoor basketball game comes out, expect things to get loud in the best way. The community's 500+ feet of private sandy Osoyoos Lake beach is an easy walk. Two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, marina, beach volleyball, scenic trails, and community fire pits are all within the property grounds. Wineries along Black Sage Bench make for great half-day excursions. Area 27 Motorsports Park and Mount Baldy ski resort are both within driving range.
