The lower level has a bunk room configured for maximum capacity: a single-over-single bunk, a twin, and two trundle beds. It's flexible enough for kids stacking in or for adults who just need a clean place to sleep.

The main floor is open-concept living and dining with the kitchen integrated — the layout that actually works when you've got a group moving between cooking, eating, and sitting. Two outdoor spaces keep things interesting: the SW-facing front deck faces the lake and gets long afternoon light, while the back patio has the BBQ for dinner. The lower level has a family room with its own covered patio for a shaded afternoon or a quieter moment away from the main activity.

The hillside position gives you a SW-facing lake view, and the included golf cart means the distance to the community's beach and pools is a ride, not a hike.
