Sleep in Comfort

Every bedroom has a king bed, and a large double-high queen air mattress can be set up in the spacious living room to sleep eight in total, with fresh, bleached linens on every bed for every arrival. The master suite has a large five-piece private bathroom with a relaxing soaker tub, standalone shower and huge vanity, and a second full bathroom with a shower and tub combination serves the rest of the house. A travel crib and standalone high chair are always on hand for families.

Gather & Unwind

Settle in by the new modern electric fireplace and stream complimentary Netflix on the 50-inch smart TV over 453 Mbps Wi-Fi that handles 4K streaming and video calls, or set up at the dedicated workspace for a productive day. The chef's kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, Frigidaire electric stove and dishwasher, plus all the glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery you need. Complimentary tea and coffee are waiting, and a starter supply of essentials is set up to last about a week. Outside, the large private deck, chic patio and BBQ with charcoal and skewers turn the fully fenced yard into your summer dining room.

NAIT and the Royal Alexandra Hospital are a two-minute drive away, and downtown Edmonton is close enough to make the Art Gallery of Alberta, the Royal Alberta Museum and city-centre dining an easy outing. West Edmonton Mall and Mayfield Common are about 20 minutes by car, and there is plenty of free street parking for a second vehicle.

Thoughtful Touches

Secure keypad self check-in lets you arrive on your own schedule, and the single garage on the south side of the home is yours for the stay. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Please note this is the main unit of a multi-family triplex with two separate basement suites that may also host guests with pets; no interior spaces are shared, though the fenced backyard is shared, and the property owner lives next door. There are a few stairs before the entrance and stairs inside the home. Exterior security cameras at the front and back entrances record for security purposes.
