The BoHo House is a designer-decorated triplex in Westwood, a tree-lined neighbourhood just north of downtown Edmonton. Booking it means you have all three suites to yourselves, so large families, work crews and long-term guests get six bedrooms, three kitchens, three living rooms and total privacy under one roof.

Sleep in Comfort

Five of the six bedrooms have king beds, including the primary, and the sixth has a queen. Sofa beds in each basement suite and a large double-high queen air mattress take care of extra guests. Every bed is freshly made before you arrive. The primary suite is the showpiece, with a five-piece ensuite featuring a soaker tub, stand-alone shower and a huge vanity. Three more full bathrooms, one large main bathroom and one in each basement suite, keep the morning routine moving. A travel crib and standalone high chair are always on hand.

Gather & Unwind

Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, plus cookware, dishes, glassware and cutlery, with complimentary tea and coffee. Three living rooms mean there is always somewhere quiet to work or somewhere lively to gather; the main suite has a 50" Smart TV and the others 43" Smart TVs, all with streaming included over fast Wi-Fi. A modern electric fireplace sets the mood at the touch of a button. Outside, the large private deck and patio BBQ open onto a fully fenced backyard.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Westwood puts NAIT about two minutes away by car, with the Royal Alexandra Hospital and downtown close behind. Downtown's Art Gallery of Alberta, Royal Alberta Museum and Edmonton City Centre are a quick trip, and the host notes West Edmonton Mall is about five minutes' drive. A bus stop is within walking distance, bike-share stations are nearby, and major commuter routes are easy to reach.

Thoughtful Touches

Self check-in with a keypad code at each door means you arrive on your own schedule. In-suite laundry in the home makes long stays simple, and essentials are stocked for about the first week. The secure double garage plus ample street parking handles a crew's worth of vehicles. Pets are welcome with advance approval for a nightly fee. Note that the basement suites have no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided, and there are a few steps at the entrance and stairs inside. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the home.
