The suite has no air conditioning, but cooling tower fans and portable fans keep it comfortable on warmer days, and opening the windows brings a natural breeze in the evening.

Some stairs are required to reach the suite. Exterior security cameras at the entrances record for the safety of the property and neighbourhood.
