You pull into a brand-new neighbourhood in the heart of Tofino and step into a bright, spacious home that still feels fresh. Afternoon sun pours across the deck, the inlet and mountains peek through between the trees, and the cedar sauna waits for the end of a long day on the water.

Sleep in Comfort

Three bedrooms give a group of six room to settle in. Two bedrooms sit upstairs and share a bathroom, while the third is downstairs with its own en-suite and a private patio, ideal for the couple who like a little separation. Fresh linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets and clothing storage are ready in every room. For families, a pack-n-play and high chair are available on request.

Gather and Unwind

The open-concept living space centres on a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker, so a big breakfast before the beach is easy. A cozy gas fireplace takes the chill off West Coast evenings and a 58-inch smart TV with Netflix is there for movie nights. Step out onto the spacious deck for the barbecue, outdoor furniture and full afternoon sun, then finish the day in the cedar sauna.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Walking into town is a short stroll, with Tofino's shops and restaurants close at hand. The surfing beaches are a 5 to 10 minute drive, or a 15 to 20 minute ride on the bike path if you bring bikes. The home sits on an elevated, tsunami-safe lot in Tofino's newest neighbourhood, so you get the convenience of town with the calm of a residential street.

Thoughtful Touches

There is surfboard storage, an undercover area below the deck for wetsuits and a private laundry so you can keep gear and towels in rotation. Two guest parking spaces are on the property. One dog is welcome with advance notice and a $50 fee, and dog towels are provided. Private laundry access is included. A self-contained caretaker suite on the main level is occupied by a long-term tenant, as required by Tofino bylaw; the suite is separate and the tenant respects your privacy in the same way. Some homes in the neighbourhood are still under construction, so light daytime building noise is possible.

Come for the surf, stay for the sauna and the sunsets.
