The master bedroom features a king bed for hotel-quality rest, the second bedroom holds a queen, and a pull-out sofa in the living room brings the total to six guests. Fresh sheets are changed for every arrival. The full bathroom has a shower and tub combination and comes fully stocked so everyone can get ready quickly. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided and opening the windows brings in a natural breeze on summer evenings.

Unwind by the mesmerizing electric fireplace in the open-concept living and dining area, and stream complimentary Netflix on the 43-inch smart TV over lightning-fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully loaded with brand-new appliances, including a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, plus small appliances, wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. A starter pack of essentials, including tea, coffee, soap, paper towels and toilet paper, is set up to last about a week, and the in-suite washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

Jasper Park sits between the North Saskatchewan River and downtown, with parks, trails and bike lanes nearby for walking, cycling and river-valley outings. Mayfield Common and West Edmonton Mall are five minutes away for shopping and entertainment, the Alberta Aviation Museum makes an easy cultural stop, and Elk Island National Park, home to bison and elk, is a short drive out of town. The Anthony Henday and Whitemud Freeway connect you to the whole city, an ETS bus stop is a few minutes' walk away, and ride-shares are readily available.

Secure keyless self check-in lets you arrive on your own schedule, with private driveway parking and plenty of free street parking. The suite is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. It is an individual unit in a multi-family triplex with its own separate entrance and sound barriers installed between floors and doors; no interior spaces are shared, though the fenced backyard is shared with neighbouring units, which may also host guests with pets. Six small steps lead down to the entrance, with no stairs inside the suite. Exterior security cameras at the entrances record for the safety of the property and neighbourhood.
